"Terrified my teenage son"

About: Charing Cross Hospital / Neurology

Left my teenage son in a state of panic telling him he would die of SUDEP if he didn't start the medication immediately, even though we had waited 10 weeks for the appointment.

Took a call on their mobile in the middle of the consultation and told us that the reason we had to wait so long is because the NHS is in chaos. Very unprofessional.
