About: John Radcliffe Hospital / Respiratory medicine

I was admitted to the respiratory sleep study referred by my GP with suspected sleep apnea, I contacted by phone this NHS Trust directly through to the unit / department i stayed in overnight as an outpatient requesting medical documentation and follow up reports to be posted as i need urgent supporting evidence for the DWP - universal credit while my claim is in appeal of a work capability assessment..

nobody from this place ever responds to my phone calls, never rings back when they've promised and i haven't received my tests results in the post nor has my family practice GP.

what on earth is going on ???

I need this critical information or my benefits WILL be cut, i cannot wait any longer, what worries me is all the reviews on john radcliffe hospital are not getting replies why ???
