"Good care"

What I liked

Once you are seen by someone after the initial long (walk in patient) wait, everything is fine.

What could be improved

I didn't get the sense that the hospital was totally clean. It probably was, but it certainly doesn't convey that. It seems slightly 'tired'

Anything else?

The long initial early wait to been seen as a same day walk-in (queuing from 7.30am) was a little worrying and off putting at first, but it was worth the wait. The care and skills on offer at the hospital are clearly excellent.
