What I liked

The staff at the Day Surgery Unit were kind, caring and professional . The unit was exceptionally clean. The free parking was greatly appreciated.

What could be improved

I feel a coffee machine could be located within the unit , as we arrived at 8am and left at 6pm, so it was a long day for family without coffee or tea facilities. Unfortunately the coffee machine in the corridor was out of order.

Anything else?

I would like to give a sincere thank you to the doctors for their outstanding professional service they were excellent.!
