"Outstanding care"

What I liked

I was injured in a motorcycle accident. The consultant that attended to me -was outstanding in competence and care. I would also like to praise the other staff I encountered while I was there, all of them were friendly and went out of their way to be attentive to both myself and my family and to explain to me what was going on at all times. This was in marked contrast to the appalling treatment I had when I visited the chaotic Barnet General in January of this year. I am really glad I insisted on the Paramedics taking me to the Royal Free. Thank you.
