I joined this doctors surgery approximately 2 years ago and it has been disappointing from start to finish.

The doctors are fantastic when you get to see them, but you have to wait approximately 3 weeks to see a doctor, which is outrageous! Their opening hours are unsuitable for anyone whom has a job.

Their nurse practitioner is generally the only person you can see. A nurse should be empathetic, caring and compassionate. The nurse practitioner is rude, apathetic and tries to do everything they can to makes you feel extremely uncomfortable.

We are sorry about the current waiting time to see a doctor for routine appointments. Two of our partners have left in the past year and we are working hard to recruit additional doctors. Sadly, this practice is not alone in having this issue, it is a national problem.

We have the services of two nurse practitioners who are able to deal with a wide range of health issues and complaints. At least one doctor is available every day to deal with non routine issues, this may be by a telephone call initially.

If there is a particular consultation that any patient is not happy with then we will happily discuss concerns.
