What I liked

I went to the AAE Department after being treated badly at Watford Hospital.

At the QEII The staff are very polite and helpful. I was treated extremely well by all the staff.

I had reason to return in August 2010 and was also treated extremely well.

Thank you.

What could be improved

Everything was fine.
