"Refused to register with ID & DL"

Had my ID / Passport & Driver License. Still refused to register as they wanted 2nd proof of address. Are they making their own rules while in NHS website clearly states: ""You should not be refused registration or appointments because you don’t have a proof of address or personal identification at hand. It is not considered a reasonable ground to refuse registration. This also applies if you are an asylum seeker, refugee, a homeless patient or an overseas visitor, whether lawfully in the UK or not."" Even bank never asks 2 types of proof of address! I had my GMS1 form printed from NHS website, filled and ready but they refused to accept that as well cuz' I have to fill their own GMS1 form which is exactly the same just printed in colours! Ridiculous! While reading other reviews can see they never replies to negative feedback, just to those 4 & 5 stars rated. No wonder they have 60% overall rating and will be closed down forever in 2017. I'm so happy i'm moving to a new GP.
