What could be improved
I have tried to contact the hospital for two weeks on and off to arrange some training for qualified nurses, yet there appears to be nobody answering the phones???
This is so frustrating when I need to book courses and I dont have the time to keep calling every 5 minutes.
The NHS really should invest in some reception operator as I would hate to be a potential patient to the hospital due to the lack of telecomunications, you cant even email!!
