Crowded waiting room at NHS Shropshire County primary care centre at the Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Hospital. Standing room only

Lady clearly struggling with dementia stuck in corner and waited an hour, as did I to see the outreach Gynae service

Toilet not sound proofed, everyone heard me wee then wash my hands ............oh dear no dignity

Interview with consultant could be heard in waiting room. Really poor sound proofing.

In my opinion the consulting room looks like a jumble sale, how can this be clean? The room full of boxes and clutter,drawings of someone elses planned operation on desk ..........oh dear

Lady on desk asks all questions and whole room hears.

This is all about my experience as a consumer of healthcare. Not about quality of health consultation. It seems to me that patient experience is very much down the list of priorities.
