Went in as I was referred to Herts and Essex fertility clinic from a private doctor in London as I have PCOS, had a miscarriage and was referred to store eggs and do IVF in the future.
London doctor sent letters to both Herts and Essex fertility clinic and my GP at Addison House, fertility clinic got in touch quickly (in January), Addison House GP didn't read the letter until April, delaying my treatment. Wouldn't give the fertility clinic any information about me without permission from me, so instead of making a phone call to get my permission, they gave me an appointment. An 18 day wait just to give them permission and consent to talk to the fertility clinic! Ridiculous.
Also didn't let me know for 3/4 months that something was wrong with my blood tests, that I had done in early 2016, which required me to take medication.
Communication, waiting times and answer machine is ridiculous.
