What I liked
Nursing & Technical staff all friendly, efficient & helpful.
What could be improved
The Consultant was uncommunicative. He should show respect for his patients by introducing himself, answering questions properly and generally being a human being.
The administrative section of Bradford NHS is utterly incompetent.
I cannot rely on appointments because they are liable to be broken at the last moment.
If someone calls in sick, why is the appointment cancelled - don't they have back-up?
If equipment breaks down, why do I have to wait 6 weeks for another appointment?
If the consultant is going on Annual Leave, why was the appointment made in the first place and why is it 5 weeks for the rescheduled appointment?
Anything else?
If I had real choice, I would look for a hospital with competent administration.
