What I liked

I was concerned about my 16 month old son and his possible condition, as it turned out he is fine however the staff in the Eye Clinic were fantastic, they made us feel relaxed and explained everything they were doing and what they were looking for. We were seen on time and always kept updated as to who would see us next. Excellent service and to add to that we parked right outside the clinic and also had a coffee in the tea bar inside the clinic where the nurse would come and find you if you were needed. I would like to thank the staff that dealt with my son and also thank the trust for the quick appointments with very low waiting times.
