"I was admitted into the QEQM hospital..."

What I liked

I was admitted into the QEQM hospital via A&E.

The care that I received from the moment I entered until the time of discharge was exceptional.

I was triaged and assessed promptly and my operation ( as emergency) was done within 8 hours.

I was discharged the following day.

I was totally happy with the care and dignity that I was shown.

All staff acted professional.

What could be improved

Perhaps a leaflet on discharge that I could have taken away with me on the procedure that I had would have been most helpful as I had questions that I would of liked answers to, rather that having to consult Google!
