"Cancer misdiagnosis"

About: Angel Lane Surgery

Repeatedly went to the doctors asking for a biopsy of a strange growth. 1st time I was told it was a cyst, 2nd time was told it was a cyst, 3rd time was told it was an ingrowing hair. 4th time doctor advised against a biopsy because "it won't look very good on the beach" - as quote. I was eventually referred. Immediate emergency surgery was carried out after biopsy conclusion. On my return to the doctors they said no one had died from the rare cancer I had. Unfortunately this wasn't true. In a previous incident I had severe breathing difficulties. Angel Lane suggested I go home and take paracetamol. 3 hours later I was in Broomfield with Pneumonia. I was in there for 2 weeks. On most occasions the reception staff have been extremely unfriendly at Angel Lane. All in all very little has been resolved at this surgery. I have stopped going to see a doctor at all, at the end of the day you are just a job number. Cancel doesn't look very good on the beach.
