"A Change for the Better"

The new system that means that the residents of Theydon Bois use their own surgery in the village is working so well that the service is almost unrecognisable. We can now get same day appointments and have the continuity of seeing the same doctor throughout your treatment period. All the staff are friendly and competent from the receptionists through to the nurses and of course the doctors. Whoever implemented this change deserves a huge pat on the back!

My one tiny criticism would be that the surgery itself could do with a facelift but I've had to pick on that because there really is nothing else to criticise.
