"Communication throughout is fabulous"

About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Endoscopy

(as the patient),

. Great team led by Dr Watson, ably supported by Pamela, Frances and the other nurses. Colonoscopies are never pleasant, but the team here allow your dignity to remain in tack, and are great at making you feeling at ease. The communication throughout is fabulous, down-to-earth and very informative.

The unit is run efficiently, is very clean, and has music playing in the background to create a soothing, calm atmosphere.

The only thing that could be improved is some of the pre-procedure paperwork. 

I would rather have been at a spa, but at least my experience here was not as bad as I might have expected!
