What I liked
I have physio. as an out patient & this has greatly helped my continued mobility following a stroke. They are very conscientious staff & very patient & encourage me so they get the best out of me 7 thanks to them I can walk & am not in a wheelchair. I also have regular bloodtests to monitor my warfarin & am treated well by phlebotomists & pharmacy.
What could be improved
Sometimes the pharmacist taps on the computer , asks questions & does not make good eye contact or look up at me
Anything else?
Overall there is a first class service everywhere I & my husband have experienced in this hospital.
