I would not recommend this happen or they way it treats its patients to anyone. While my particular case may be the exception rather than the rule, the behaviour was so unprofessional that I am required to take legal action.

Hayes Grove is meant to specialise in medical care for those suffering from pyschiatric problems, which requires trust between the paitent and the carer. I have never seen that trust treated with such a lack of regard.
