"Excellent service"

The doctor and their team have been treating me and my family for many years and do a wonderful job. It can be tricky to get through to make an appointment sometimes and if you need to be on your way to work or college by 8am it can be a bit frustrating. I'm optimistic the online system may help when I can eventually get it to work! Minor gripes though, when compared to the care and support we have received from the doctor over the years, and whilst we're all disappointed if we can't get an appointment with them, the rest of the team are fantastic. We are all quick to complain about NHS services, but I don't think we really understand the pressure our GP surgeries are under to deliver 5* services with 2* resources! Thank you to the doctor, you lead an amazing team.
