What I liked

Clinic A was very efficient and clean - staff were helpful and courteous

My appointment was for 10.40 am and was seen at 11 am. Tests were run and I was

discharged and out of the hospital by 11.45 am

What could be improved

I received 2 letters from the Eye Hospital confirming I would be getting an appointment before I actually got the last letter with my appointment date. Seems a lot of letters for the one

appointment ?

Anything else?

My tests were fairly routine and non serious - having read about other patients' experiences on the website I was apprehensive about waiting times etc but I experienced no problems at all.
