"I had bad burns to my hand - the staff in Nottingham were angels"

Last thursday i burned my hand badly. On friday morning i went to the burns unit and they kept me in until today (monday).

The hospital and staff was amazing. i was in a great deal of pain and was very unhappy. the staff were awesome, they never got annoyed with me summoning them and asking for more oral morphine, the food was better than some restaurants, the toilets were the cleanest public conveniences i have ever seen.

every member of staff that dealt with me, whether they were cleaners, nurses, food bringers, or consultants were unfailingly helpful, polite, and cheerful. this ward of this hospital is a shining beacon of what the nhs can achieve.
