"Poor experience of care at East Surry Hospital"

Last week I experience: bad communication between staff, rude recovery staff, patients ignored by nursing staff.

Diabetic patients kept nil by mouth for 19hrs with no sliding scale and surgery cancelled. Patient waiting 3hrs for medication when discharged. Loss of a patients notes. Patients waiting hours for pain medication.

Food is very very poor, food arrives cold on ward, the only thing warm is the ice cream.

Finally, the next time i feel unwell and need hospital treatment i would travel to either london or brighton.
