What could be improved
Upon arrival by Ambulance I was shocked and disgusted when the Ambulance door opened in the middle of the night to have clouds of smoke waft in. I looked as the Paramedics took me into the A&E department and there were a number of hospital staff in uniforms, I could see Porters and Nursing Staff puffing away and allowing their noxious fumes to pollute all who arrive in this manner.
