I'm 7 years old, I think it's good coming here.

I don't like that we have to wait a long time, every time we come. Sometimes up to 2 hours.

I like the nurses and doctors, they're nice. They're kind. The doctors talk to me as well as my mum.

The staff are really helpful. The people who sign us in are polite. The rooms are decorated really nicely, I like the butterflies and I like the toys in the waiting room.

We're really pleased that you like the doctors and nurses and that you feel they speak to you as well as your mum. We're also delighted that you like the rooms and the decoration.

Having to wait such a long time for an appointment can be very frustrating and we are doing our best to keep the wait as short as possible. We do try to provide some entertainment for you as well to keep you amused while you wait and it's good that you like the toys in the waiting room!
