Serco had a setup in the foyer of Wishaw General today. It was to make the public aware of a new facility whereby family & friends can purchase a great selection of healthy food which they can eat at the patient bedside or in the day room.

Good Morning Madge51.
Many thanks for your post in relation to Eat Well Together. Serco have recogised that being away from home and eating alone can be distressing for many patients. While visitors, reluctant to leave the bedside, often miss meals. We hope that by allowing patients and visitors to eat together, we can bring a little bit of home into the hospital and create a more sociable and relaxed dining experience. Your comments are very welcomed and I will ensure they are passed to Serco's Catering department.
