We felt so sorry for the under resourced staff in a&e on 30/10.
It was like a war zone. There were patients everywhere. 97 people in whilst we were there!
The poor staff who were having to deal with many of the anti social patients whilst also treating the genuinely poorly patients. It looked so stressful.
You deserve a medal.
The care you gave our mum was fantastic.
I wish Jeremy Hunt & all MP's would come & spend a full shift with you to see what its really like.
