I attended Pinderfields on Tuesday 19 October 2010 and saw a doctor in the Consultant's team. The examination I received was very good. At the end, I was told that I would be sent details of exercises to do to help my condition. So far, they have not arrived in the post and I fear that they may have gone astray. As I am anxious to begin doing them, I thought I had better let someone know. I did not know how to make contact (except perhaps via my GP - and did not want to take their time unnecessarily).
