What could be improved
The hospital needs to employ staff that respect patients choices and sympathise with patients concerns.In the last seven years we have been attending this hospital the consultants( bar one )have been arrogant, rude and extremely unhelpful.
They have an attitude of `Who are you to question our judgement? We are the doctor
