"It's my personal escape"

About: Ashley House Ashley House / Substance Misuse Service

(as a service user),

I had done TTP (Trust the Process) for 3 months, but after a while I struggled and relapsed. Now I am coming to Vida (Holistic Therapies), it is my personal escape from the problems and stress that leads me to substance misuse.

I feel that if I did not have access to Vida, I would have slipped back to my old ways.

We here at Ashley House are glad you are feeling the benefits of the services on offer here, its also good that you have been able to experience a couple of the many services on offer at Ashley House. Its also great that if some services dont fit your needs there are many more services that can assist your recovery.
