I am the main carer for my 91 year old mother, who is unfortunate enough to be a patient at this appalling surgery!

Every time I ring, the queue on the phone is so long that very often the 'automated' service just hangs up on you, with no word of explanation!

Today my mother's cardiac nurse rang me to ask if I could make an appointment for my mother to have a full blood test done, as they had requested one over two months ago and they hadn't done it, they tried to ring them again this morning and still had no luck!

I just tried to ring again, and again, the phone was hung up without a word!!!!

My mother ended up with Chronic Heart Failure and was rushed to hospital at death's door 8 months ago . . . despite attending the doctor with various symptoms on a very regular basis?

My poor mother, who also suffers from Chronic Kidney Failure, has managed to reach 91 despite this surgery's care not because of.

I now face a very long day, trying to get through to them to get an essential blood test done (she's also anaemic) and to chase up some crucial Glaucoma medication that has been left off of her repeat prescription for over a week now (despite it being prescribed as a daily dose).
