"Terrible A & E department"

I visited the hospital with my 18 year old son who was directed to paediatrics which was totally overrun with very small children. We were ignored for 10 minutes and then told to sit in the teenagers room which was still overrun with babies. The service was appalling, staff unfriendly and appeared to have no concerns about the agony my son was suffering. It really needs a complete overall and a senior member of staff to facilitate better care..

if my son hadn’t been in so much pain we would have moved on to a better hospital.
