On every visit to the surgery I have found the reception staff friendly and helpful.

The treatment I've received from the doctors and other medical professionals at the surgery has been excellent. I've always been treated with respect and been fully involved in any decisions that have to be taken regarding treatment.

When I have an appointment I feel the doctors listen to me and I never feel rushed, even though the surgery is busy.

There's a walk in service every day which I find helpful.

Obviously the time you have to wait is dependent on the number of patients who are there but you will be seen.

When phoning the surgery at certain times it can take a while to get through, but again that is down to the volume of calls and understandable.
