"Awful service"

After having a kidney infection 2 weeks ago, I had started to get the same symptoms again so I went to the clinic straight away as I was worried. I filled in the forms and was told that I was number 73 in the queue and that there was no way I would be seen to today and that I was not seen as a 'priority'. Even though I would say that having abnormal bleeding and abnormal pain isn't exactly a normal occurrence. I then went home and called the clinic the same day asking about being able to be seen to the next day and I was told that I would just have to go there again the next day and repeat the whole process of filling in the forms and being put into a queue again. I think this is an awful system and that people who have been waiting for a whole day to be seen to, should be put on the list for the next day.
