What I liked

recently had nose op at this hospital and was placed on ward 5.from stepping onto this ward i was made welcome from the start and was on first name terms with the staff which made me feel more relaxed and reassured..infact i can say the same for all the staff,doctors and the surgeon that have dealt with me.....a big thank you to you all
