"My son was referred to Sheffield..."

What I liked

My son was referred to Sheffield children's hospital after being seen at several other hospitals where we where given no hope of anything much could be done for mys sons hip.

He had suffered from Slipped Upper Femoral Epiphysis eighteen months before. The bone had started to die. We where seen my a consultant, who gave us hope. He operated on my son in September 2009 he was in hospital for just over three weeks, where the whole family where treated extremely well. The after care was amazing he was back in hospital to have the fixator taken of in April of this year, what the consultant and his team has done for my son is amazing, I will never be able to thank them enough. This hospital is amazing the people of Sheffield are so lucky to have it on there door step. We have had to travel from Cumbria, but it has been worth it for my son. A big thank you to all the staff they are amazing.xx

What could be improved

The main thing that is a problem is parking! but i don't know how that could be improved.

Thank you all so much you are amazing. The treatment my son has had on the NHS has been fantastic!
