We have nothing but praise for all staff at the QMC, especially the specialist nurses in the Heart Failure clinic.
They have given us superb help and advice and are available by e-mail or at the end of the phone whenever they are needed, which really sets our mind at rest.
We would always contact them rather than the GP - it can take up to 3 weeks to get an appointment there!
