What I liked

My appointment to see the consultant regarding a knee problem was made very quickly after referral by my GP. I had an arthroscopy at a time of my choosing and this was carried out efficiently in excellent conditions. All the staff and especially the nurses were very professional. I was lucky enough to have a private room for recovery after the general anaesthetic. An excellent example of the NHS at its best!
