Anything else?
Following on from my recent email, before setting off for the hospital the second time, I phoned the pharmacy and was assured the medicine was ready for collection. Of course it wasn't, so I had another 30 minutes to wait before I got the medicine.
I was originally told the prescription was in the pharmacy with a two hour wait at 10.30. I got the medicine at 16.30.
