i completely understand the cuts to nhs in the current climate but the last few times i have needed to see/speak to someone it has been inexcusable
i am heavily pregnant and knew something wasn't right- i had to beg the receptionist to be seen that day and explain to them in detail about why which is wrong in itself- i didn't want to be in that predicament- after getting advice from maternity services at DRI- i eventually got an appointment at 3pm, at 5.30 pm i was still sat there- in the end i was admitted to hospital with pre-eclampsia- the doctor was very concerned but by that time it was too late
last week i left a message for a repeat prescription which has been on repeat for a number of years to get to the chemist to be told that wasn't what was on order- after calling back in the doctors the receptionist had not read through what i needed so this resulted in me not getting the correct meds
i have moved from another practice which was amazing- i will most definitely be going back there after this
"very disapointing service"
