"Annoyed"

After being told by GP that I would be referred to the hospital as I was concerned about my cholesterol levels and strokes, which runs in my family. Five weeks later after not hearing anything I checked and my referral had not been done. I'm thoroughly disgusted. Someone I know got an appointment to see an appointment for a non urgent condition within a week so much for paitent wellbeing
