What I liked

At 21 weeks pregnant i had an accident at home and fell onto my front, hitting a chest of drawers on the way. my husband and me were both very worried, especially when the pain towards the left of my abdomen got progressively worse. we went to A&E at approx 10pm (which was incredibly busy) and were immediately referred to the delivery suite for a check up. the nurses and midwife were amazing- they apologised after initial assessment (which revealed nothing alarming) that the doctor was on his way back from theatre and there may be a twenty minute wait and brought cups of tea for my husband and me.

What could be improved

we were very happy- given the time of day i don't think there could have been a major imrovement made

Anything else?

all staff were incredibly helpful and understanding- it turned out all was well and i had pulled some muscles and ligaments, but we were never made to feel like we were wasting staff time.
