What I liked

I was taken to the observation ward in A and E and was attended to by an amazingly nice nurse. He was extremely nice and caring and I would like to thank him for making a stressful situation bearable. It would be really great if someone could thank him for me as i think he is doing an amazing job and tell him to keep being awesome :)

It is good to hear that the kindness and compassion of this particular nurse made your experience of being in hospital as bearable as it could be.
