"As a new patient"

As a new patient, I have found the staff I have come across so far extremely helpful.

I got an appointment scheduled with the nurse for my registration quickly enough and whilst I explained to the nurse that I needed another blood test done due to a trial I was doing (nothing to do with the NHS, but important about my cholesterol levels) I found that I was able to get this done as a new patient.

I thought I may have to have paid (as it was something I was doing privately).

The staff were very helpful with me, in providing me with print outs of my results (from my previous practice) as well as my new results (which by the way I was extremely pleased with).

So my first impressions of this surgery are that everyone is extremely friendly and helpful.
