"Excellent, attentive staff"

I was in the Victoria Infirmary for a knee operation in the Day surgery dept. 

I just want it noted that I was dealt with on the day by a few members of staff whom were all excellent and very attentive.  However there was a guy by the name of Danny and I thought he was superb with me and I heard him with other patients around the ward and he couldn’t have done more for any of the patients. 

He had great rapport, worked tirelessly and nothing seemed to be a chore for him and had a great attitude and a credit to the NHS. 

I work in the service industry myself and unfortunately we too often hear too many bad stories, and I left the hospital thinking I had to say something as the guy was 1st class. 

If you could ensure my comments are passed on to his superiors, that would be much appreciated.
