I went for a consultant appt due to hip pain and the consultant was vary approachable and empathetic.
Discussed and agreed options.
Came in for a steroid injection and from reception to discharge everyone was so friendly and professional.
Did not fell like a hospital and you felt by listening and observing that people really cared.
