"Emergency chest pain never sorted"

About: Glenfield Hospital / Cardiology

I was taken via ambulance to this hospital because of chest pains (Angina Attack) Tests were done on arrival (Blood tests Cardio etc and Xray) then i waited arriving at 6pm, at 10:40pm i got up to ask the nurses when i would be seen and was told i was still the next person to be seen, i was told this an hour earlier and the nurse said i should have been seen by this time, i told the nurse i was leaving the hospital as it was looking like i would be waiting there all night so i just walked out and went home, by the time i went home the pains had worn off to the stage i was able to go home.

In this time of waiting over four and a half hours i watched nurses playing with their own personal mobile phones, talking about snapchat, which of the nurses were on there etc, i think if they got rid of some of the nurses there and set on more doctors we would be seen faster and things would get sorted quicker in a more professional way, somebody needs to look at who is working at this hospital.
