"Gynae staff are just neglectful"

About: Arrowe Park Hospital / Gynaecology

Lately gynae are Just refusing to see me as a patient. I am having excruciating pain that they are just refusing to treat. Doesn’t matter if I attend through a&e or the Gp out of hours they are point blank refusing to help me figure out what is causing me to be so unwell. I know it’s a gynae issue I’ve suffered long enough but to be refused scans to check my ovaries and being refused tests to make sure I have no vagina infections is just neglect whatever is going on with my pelvic region is making me one very sick woman. I’ve lost so much weight from not being able to eat because I am physically sick from the pain. Gynae need to sort themselves out because it is disgusting how they can just leave and refuse a patient who needs treatment and pain management. I attended a&e because my pain meds wouldn’t work to get rid of any pain and to be refused pain relief and any tests is just unacceptable. It is neglect especially when I have a medical history of burst ovarian cysts that causing pelvic infections every single time that requires treatment but gynae are now Just refusing to see me and keep blaming the pain on my abusive past history and say that my abdominal pain is because I was abused... such a hurtful bad excuse to use and makes me not want to carry on with this pain any longer especially when these past events are brought up and it’s complete rubbish. I will be making a formal complaint if this doesn’t change
