As I arrived and checked into a&e after just turning up I was seen within 20/30mins with my daughter that had trapped her foot and couldn’t walk they was very busy and we was in and out in 4 hours after a X-ray confirmed a broken foot.. the staff was so helpful and caring towards both me and my daughter

I am so pleased to hear about your experience within our Emergency Department at York Hospital, it's great to hear that staff were so caring and helpful towards you both. I am sorry to hear that your daughter has a broken foot.

We are very proud of our staff and we know that they always strive to provide the best service to our patients; it's great to get feedback from our patients reflecting this.
