After just phoning to find out some details of our daughters operation which was scheduled for Dec I have just been told that it was cancelled on the 10th Oct. At what point were you going to inform us that it was cancelled?
I have been trying to find out why it has been cancelled and have been on hold for over an hour now and 45 mins in the number 1 position. It's now 5.20 so I'm guessing they've gone home now.
I would appreciate an email back as soon as possible to explain why it has been cancelled.
We had arranged childcare for Dec for our other child .booking train tickets in advance at over £100 to try and save money.
